RETREAT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration & Payment
Your place at Rooted & Resourced is reserved once your payment or $200 deposit is received.

You may choose to pay in full or reserve your place with a $200 deposit. Payment-plan options are available for the remaining balance. All retreat balances must be paid in full by the date specified in your payment agreement. Accommodation selections are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Transfers
Because Rooted & Resourced is an intimate retreat with limited accommodations and advance commitments for lodging, food, and programming, all payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another woman with advance notice and approval from the retreat hosts.

Shared Accommodations
If you select a shared-bed accommodation, both guests must register separately and select the corresponding shared-bed option. Please coordinate your room choice with the person you intend to share with.

Participation & Well-Being
Rooted & Resourced includes gentle movement, sauna, time outdoors, herbal experiences, embodied practices, and other optional retreat activities. You are responsible for honoring your own needs, limitations, allergies, sensitivities, and health considerations. Participation in individual activities is always your choice.

Retreat Changes
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the hosts, registered participants will be contacted directly regarding available options.
